Brilliant day

We had an amazing day out . Great staff who were kind, fun and attentive. Excellent value for money. Lunch was superb. Snorkelling beautiful. Unlimited drinks which were generously given out.

Really Great Adults only cruise.

I did this 11th of September and conditions were calm.
I wouldn't book this during bad weather.
I loved snorkelling and saw a good variety of fish.
There was plenty of food provided for lunch.
I was lucky with perfect conditions.
My tour was 3/4 full with calm conditions.
If it was choppy conditions at capacity this trip would be awful.
I was also lucky that there were only a few really drunk annoying folk.
If there were loads of drunk people I would have hated it.
The staff, including snorkelling guides were great.
This trip includes unlimited alcohol making in not family friendly.
I call this an adults only cruise because of the unlimited booze with no responsible service of alcohol.
Do you normally take your kids to bars with you, where they are exposed to alcohol and loads of drunk people?
If so your a bad parent.
After reading one and two star reviews, of how bad this trip is at capacity, with loads of drunk people, or bad weather I'm grateful I was lucky with my experience.
I've also noticed several bad reviews left by female passengers saying they were touched inappropriately by staff.
I hope nobody on my cruise experienced this and if you did, you should report this to police.

The whales tale is certainly exceptional and great value

Had an awesome day cruising to schooner island on the 100 foot long whales tale schooner
Top notch day
Music both ways (Fijian men on guitars singing beautifully
Food very good.
Drinks ice cold
Snorkeling on schooner island...... No-one else can go there so no crowd
Beach volleyball (maverick I am not)
Superattentive staff meaning everyone had their needs met.
They even baked fresh cake for morning and afternoon tea...... Still warm
2 honeymoon couples, 1 birthday and 1 anniversary couple received special acknowledgement on the day
Not much more to say except go and do it.

Wonderful day on the Whales Tale

We did this tour on Monday 5th Sept and I have to say it was the most wonderful day. There were only 24 onboard, the max is 55. The crew were fantastic in every way. The food was awesome. We chose not to snorkel, just swam and it was devine. We met some lovely people on our day out. If you're thinking about doing this, do it, it was great.

The Best Boat Trip Ever for our Family of 4

Our family of 4 (Mum, Dad and 14 & 16 year old boys) absolutely loved this trip. The staff were awesome from start to finish. We were collected promptly from our hotel; transferred to the Port of Denaru; and boarded quickly. The boat "Whales Tale" was a stunning old 100-foot schooner with sails with Captain Mike in charge. The staff explained everything clearly and the trip out of the harbor was awesome. We had some lovely morning tea and drinks were plentiful. We got to the island (which we had to ourselves) - so think an island emoji in the middle of the ocean. It was amazing. There were comfortable little open huts and chairs/tables for us all. We got our snorkeling gear quickly and without fuss; and the snorkeling itself was simply breathtaking. 100-year-old coral, live clams (no pearls sadly!) and a lot of Nemo fish ! We hired the power submarines that pull you along through the water and this made the whole experience "next level." Can't describe it any other way other than I felt like James Bond. After snorkeling, we had an amazing BBQ lunch which was every bit as good as a BBQ back in Australia - meat was well cooked and the salads were superb. Drinks continued. We played a great game of volleyball where it was Fiji vs The World. Fiji won of course. Then as we prepared to leave, we got to jump off the top roof of the schooner and into the stunning warm blue water of Fiji. The ride back was fantastic, and we got to help Captain Mike raise the sails. Our boys loved it. A beer or two and some brilliant live guitar and singing from the crew capped off the most memorable we have had yet. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough and suggest that if you are a couple young or old, or a family with teenage kids who can be responsible and are well behaved, then this is the trip for you. 5-Star 10 out of 10 rating from us.
